Reaching all the states of Brazil, the webinar Planning Internal Communication reached more than 300 views!
The online event took place last Friday (23) in the morning. It was the first in this style, organized by B2 Mídia “The Communication Meeting is to share problems and solutions of the IC area and we want with the webinar to take these contents also to the public of other states and cities”, says Franklin Lino, director of B2 Mídia Marketing.
But, rest assured, we will still have the EC in person, the idea is to merge the two formats 🙂
The keynote speaker was José Luis Ovando, Managing Partner of Organizational Strategy and Culture of the agency Supera Comunicação.
Planning was the focus of the chat, Supera’s partner-director shared the work fronts needed for good planning and reinforced that the companies need to stop talking about Communication with Employees to open discussions on issues that are most valuable to the organization. Reputation, reduction of absenteeism, increase of productivity and alignment of the business were some of the cited examples. “Planning is always the starting point for corporate communication. The theme always deserves reflections and allows for new learning. The exchange of experiences between the different experiences of communicators who are willing to talk at events allows to bring together the theory and practice of different methodologies.”, reinforces José.
THE INTERACTION OF THE PUBLIC
A very diverse audience of CI participated in the event, in total, more than 132 cities were represented. José divided the webinar screen with B2 Media’s commercial director, Renato Thompson, who directed the participants’ questions. There were many comments mainly about budget, valorization of the area, communication with leadership, etc. After the transmission, B2 and Supera received praise regarding the organization and content of the webinar.
“It was a great experience. My first opportunity to speak in the online environment. I was surprised at the number of subscribers and participants during the broadcast. The questions were pertinent and the evaluations showed a good acceptance. ” – José Luis Ovando
