This is what the 5th Edition of the Tend\u00eancias survey points out, carried out in partnership by the A\u00e7\u00e3o Integrada and SocialBase teams, aiming to provide an overview of Internal communication in Brazil for the year 2021. The survey interviewed around 175 companies of various sizes and segments, across throughout October and November 2019 and brings interesting data:<\/p>\n

87%<\/strong> <\/span>of those interviewed felt an increase or maintenance in the volume of Jobs.<\/p>\n

72%<\/strong><\/span> noticed that the area became more sought after and involved in the company's decision-making.<\/p>\n

78%<\/strong><\/span> believes that the area has now occupied a strategic space in its organization.<\/p>\n

The numbers don't lie: in 2020 the CI teams worked hard! <\/strong> And in this context of innovation, in which it is essential to attack new fronts and leverage the reach of its tools, there is a need to implement new CI channels:<\/p>\n

Along with these new features, we experience the results. Remember we started talking about the benefits? Yes, the implementation of more dynamic and interactive CI channels generates significant results, such as: improvement of employer branding<\/em>, employee experience and employee voice<\/em><\/a>, strengthening cultural fit, improving communication between the company's hierarchical levels, reducing turnover<\/em> and growth in engagement and productivity rates.<\/p>\n

This step is essential, before making any decision. It is in this step that you will identify communication impasses and how they can be adjusted.
