We wanted to stop everyone to thank them for their commitment and work, making this date a great milestone.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to Live, we also had a celebration in all locations with space decoration, cake and special gifts.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our goal was for everyone to stop and watch and celebrate together, for everyone to feel included.\u00a0 <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This was the big driver of the event.\u201d, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">explains Giovanna Caliope<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to Giovanna, with regard to <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Live<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the initial idea was to hold a video conference on some event platform based on <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">streaming<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, however, they realized that this alone would not be enough to reach all the different profiles of people who are part of the organization, since, in Brazil, the group has more than 1,500 workers, with around 30% of them in operational sectors and with little access to company computers or emails, so they could not leave this very important group of people out of this action.<\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27578 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/uwex.b2midia.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Faca-a-melhor-comunicacao-e1681139424504.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1140\" height=\"282\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The challenge was set: Make the event content not only attract attention and engage employees, but also reach 100% of them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was then that the Atlas Copco Group&#039;s internal communications team needed to enter the scene even more and act strategically, realizing that the ideal solution would be in the use of communication channels. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/b2midia.com.br\/en\/categoria\/corporativa\/\"><b>Corporate TV<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/worksphere.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Corporate App<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that the company already had with B2 M\u00eddia, and they got it right!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently, the Atlas Copco Group has approximately four dozen points of <a href=\"https:\/\/b2midia.com.br\/en\/categoria\/corporativa\/\">Corporate TV<\/a>, strategically distributed across 9 different units throughout the national territory, in addition to the <a href=\"https:\/\/worksphere.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corporate App<\/a> which is available to all employees and has an average monthly reach of 70% for the entire company.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27582 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/uwex.b2midia.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/tv-e-celular-1024x485.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"485\" title=\"\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Such channels were essential in disseminating information before and after the event, keeping employees from all sectors and units aligned regarding event news. It was through the union of these two internal communication platforms that it was possible to reach everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27571 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/uwex.b2midia.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Comentario-2-de-Giovanna-da-Atlas-Copco-e1681138925764.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"983\" height=\"327\" title=\"\"><\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">live<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> celebration presented throughout Brazil and also Mexico, Argentina, Peru and Chile, took place through a third party production, contracted and managed by the Atlas Copco Group, generating a restricted link on YouTube.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This link was inserted by the internal communications team into the communication system. <a href=\"https:\/\/b2midia.com.br\/en\/categoria\/corporativa\/\">Corporate TV<\/a> It is <a href=\"https:\/\/worksphere.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corporate App<\/a> of B2 M\u00eddia and then a schedule was made in the system so that the conventional programming of the channels would be automatically paused and automatically replaced by the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">streaming<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the event, minutes before its start<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B2 M\u00eddia: Giovanna, what was the process of programming the B2 M\u00eddia system like?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Giovanna Caliope: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI found it calm. I spoke with the B2 M\u00eddia technical support team who shared with me a very simple step-by-step guide. I didn&#039;t have any difficulties.
