Yellow May is a movement that was created with the aim of drawing society's attention to the high rate of deaths and injuries in traffic around the world.
The objective of the movement is coordinated action between the Public Power and civil society. The intention is to put the topic of road safety on the agenda and mobilize the entire society, involving the most diverse segments: government bodies, companies, class entities, associations, federations and organized civil society to, avoiding everyday and customary fallacies, effectively discuss the theme, engage in actions and spread knowledge, addressing the entire breadth that the issue of traffic requires, in the most different spheres.
