Continue readingChildren's Day is one of the most anticipated dates for little people. Companies usually grant a visit to employees' children and offer: popcorn cart, cotton candy, sweets, balloons, ball pit, etc.
If you choose to take the children to the company, a suggestion is to ask for a toy (in good condition) as a form of “ticket”, and allocate the proceeds to a needy institution. The idea is also to bring joy to other children. Delivery can be carried out with the help of some employees, on a voluntary basis.
And for your employees, have you ever thought about letting them wear that superhero costume or cosplay from their favorite children's cartoons? It would make the environment much lighter.
You can also do a quiz about cartoons (older, of course) with collaborators.
Distributing bags of sweets or leaving them spread out on a table during the day is also a good idea to celebrate the date. Everyone LOVES it! Take advantage and create a personalized decoration with colorful balloons and themed accessories to make the atmosphere more fun.
Does your child know what you do at the company (what you work for)? Employees must record their children answering this question and the video can then be shared across channels. Cast a vote (this can be done via the company's app) for the funniest video.
#TBT Children's Day: Ask employees to send their favorite photos from when they were children and share them on channels.
Designing the COMPANY NAME (ex: Designing B2 Mídia): Employees should ask their children to draw what they imagine the company they work for is like. Instruct them to send a photo of the drawing to the CI, who must publish the photos on the company's APP.
Cartoon on TV: Show excerpts from cartoons on TV, during normal content programming.

It was a very lively party and it wasn't just the children who enjoyed it, see some clicks:
