Sometimes your company's poor communication is not the fault of the team responsible for the area, but rather because of the tools it uses. You can have both in your favor: An excellent team with excellent features.

Internal communication should be considered a factor in strategy for a company and its internal public, it is an important stakeholder which should not be in the background.

 

IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM

If the CI (Internal communication) your company is not being effective, it's time to stop and do a general analysis, especially in the communication channels, which are essential allies for interactions and relationships to happen efficiently within the organization.

Failure in communication is not always linked to what was communicated and yes, as was communicated. For example, if you still use printed murals in your company, stop and answer: “Does this communication channel continue to generate the same results as 5 or 10 years ago!?” Your answer is probably no, and the justification for this is very clear: The speed and way in which people have access to information has not been the same for a long time.
