Home office and well-being: is it possible to combine the two?

How to stay balanced when the place reserved for relaxing turns into an office, a meeting room, a children's school or a college? Just thinking about the frenetic routine that invaded the homes of many professionals in pandemic times already makes us feel tired, Is not it? The first, carried out in the United States by Owl Labs, 71% of those interviewed declared to be happy and satisfied with the remote model. The second, the “State of Remote Work” report, carried out by Buffer and AngelList, with the participation of around 3,500 remote workers spread across the world: 98% stated that they want to continue working from home, and 97% recommend this format to other people.
