Having a sparkle in your eyes has always been a requirement to compose and remain on the B2 Mídia team, but since 2020 this has become even stronger.
The world needed to adapt to a “new normal” and with B2 it was no different, we implemented the work model home office, we adapted our internal events and traditional programming, we adopted strategies for the health of our business and all of this, seeking as much as possible to preserve, mainly the physical and mental health of our employees.
After a 2020 full of surprises and looking forward to what would come in 2021, the B2 board's decision was unanimous regarding the annual internal campaign: we needed to reinforce and talk about shine in the eyes. “In the moment we are living in, where contact with people is limited, and many of our expressions are hidden behind a mask or out of view of the webcam, the twinkle in the eye reveals the desire for collaboration and empathy with the interlocutors. This has always been our brand in all the projects we have been involved in, we reinforced it even more during this pandemic”.
At the beginning of the year, our team returned to working 100% in person and we had a special coffee to present the goals and our #brilhonosolhos campaign. Ah, the office was completely decorated, look:
One month after this presentation, for safety reasons and due to a worsening of cases of Covid-19 in São Paulo, we adopted home office again, but even from home we continue with a twinkle in our eyes and faithful to our values (integrity, collaboration and commitment).
